Although we know you will love your Island Cowgirl Jewelry, we will be happy to accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of shipment. All returns must be in original condition, and not worn and include the original packaging that was included in your order. (Special, custom orders and sale items are not returnable.)

If it is in need of repair we would be happy to help you with that.

Please note that we do not accept repairs from October through December due to the holidays for items that are more than one year old. I am a one woman show and have had to limit extra requests during the holidays.

Repair services for damaged & worn jewelry will vary. The best way to get started is to contact us with a photo and a brief description of what you need help with. (We don't always have all the parts to repair something very old, but we will try our very best)
