This Holiday Collection is very special to me…and not in the way you probably would thing. Oh sure it is chock full of magical turquoise necklaces and bracelets which y’all love.

It is so very special to me because it is the first one that I have done in a very, very long time. Since my spine injury did not allow me to work...or do much for many years. 

I have fought hard to learn how to walk again and to get back to the place of making. 

So, I am very excited to bring to you this Holiday Collection.  It is full of turquoise cut from lapidary artists around the country, solid sterling silver and a little bit of magic sprinkled in. 

I am all heart eyes over these leather sterling silver and turquoise cuffs...I call them Wanderer cuffs. They are made from beautiful chocolate brown and cognac leather. Each one is one-of-a-kind and I have been dreaming of making them for years. They are amazing stacked up with any of our other sterling silver charm bracelets or wear them on their own. These are each set with turquoise from different mines...Bamboo Turquoise, Gobi Turquoise, Number 8 and Blue Alpine Turquoise. They are all unique and in their own way and will carry a special meaning to those who wear them.

The sterling silver cuffs are another of my heart projects. I loved making them because there is so much space to work with and that means I get to add a lot of poetic etchings, words and big cabochons of turquoise to each one. They are also all unique and one of a kind. We hope to add new, unique big bold sterling cuffs to each collection release. 

Up next are a few of our favorite symbols...a silver anchor and a beautiful, organic butterfly. Both are set with Golden Hills Lavender Turquoise. This turquoise has a unique pale sky blue hues with hues of lavender throughout. The light brown matrix that runs through each piece really makes each piece one of a kind and unique. It is rare and only comes from one mine in the world. 

We also offered up three of these turquoise sterling silver chokers with hand forged chains. Each link was made by hand and soldered together. I tried to choose very unique turquoise to be the centerpiece of each one. I absolutely loved how these turned out. They were very rugged and simple at the same time. 

If you have hung around here long enough, you know how much I love hearts. I carve them into most of my pieces somewhere and over time organic hearts in my jewelry have become an intregal part of my work. 

So you know that I squealed with joy when I came across this amazing heart shaped cloud mountain turquoise. I mean what could be more perfect than that? And this wasn't just any nugget of Cloud Mountain turquoise this was a big, hefty tall boy of a nugget. The challenge with that was that it deserved an equally fabulous sterling silver chain. So I made one...hand forged double links of silver with a heart in the center. 

And of course, I wanted to get a quick photo of some of the one of a kind turquoise bracelets before they all went out into the world. All of these turquoise stones were collected and hand picked directly by me over time. Some of them were actually from my own private collection. And they cover so many incredible shades of blue.
